Today we are going to talk about how to send simultaneous emails via GMass to an email list you have prepared. Here it is easier if you have prepared your email list using an Excel sheet. Because GMass software has the ability to auto-detect rows / columns.
Now first, log in to your Gmail account together. There you can see the "Google Sheets" icon next to the "Build email list" button as shown below. Also keep in mind that you can only see this if you have already downloaded the GMass extension.
Now you can see the following window.
Now select the spreadsheet from the drop-down menu shown in the image above and press the "Connect to spreadsheet" button below.
GMass software usually does not directly support Excel sheets. So you have to convert your Excel sheet to a Google sheet. Once you have selected the Google sheet with the relevant email list through GMass, all the emails in it will fill in the space provided by the sender's address.
You can then customize the email as you wish. You can then click the GMass button and send the relevant email to everyone at once.
It is also important for you to know if the email you are sending this way has been received or not. You can usually use an email tracker for this and GMass has provided you with this facility. All you have to do is turn on the “click tracking” option as shown in the image above through the general settings. Or you can use a test email via GMass advance settings.
